Truffle Weeks

Do you love truffles? So do we! That’s why we’re excited to kick off our annual Truffle Weeks once again on 2 February.
Our black winter truffles arrive from southwest France, from the Maison Pébeyre truffle estate. Each truffle is hand-harvested and inspected. Their exceptional quality is reflected in their nickname: the black diamonds of Périgord.
For the themed weeks, Head Chef Ville Neulanen has created a special truffle dish: potato custard, Jazzy-potatoes cooked in browned butter and black winter truffle.
In addition, throughout the themed weeks you can add truffle to any dish of your choice for 14€.
