Bengt Sjöström Week 27.2.-8.3.

Great news! From February to March, we will be welcoming internationally renowned Swedish chef Bengt Sjöström. He is planning two special menus for us: one for lunch and one for dinner. Both will focus on fish and shellfish prepared in the Nordic style.

Based in Gothenburg, Bengt Sjöström has participated in several competitions in his career and has worked in a number of prestigious restaurants, including Sjömagasinet. He is also a well-known TV celebrity.

Bengt himself will be at Emo from 27 February to 4 March, but you can enjoy the menus he has designed until the 8 March.
